Ingredientsย 

  • Chia seedsย 
  • Milk of choiceย 
  • Pear (grated or finely chopped)ย 
  • Cinnamonย 
  • Honey or maple syrupย 

Stepsย 

  1. Mix chia seeds, milk,ย cinnamonย and honey in a bowl.ย 
  2. Stir in grated pear.ย 
  3. Divide into five jars.ย 
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.ย 
  5. Stir before serving.ย
