Spiced Pear Chia Pudding. 5 ingredients. 5 steps. 5 days.

Part of the 555 meal prep series from get dopa. 

A lightly sweet breakfast with minimal effort. Portion sizes are calculated for one person across five days of the week. 

Ingredients 

  • 100g chia seeds 
  • 500ml milk of choice (dairy or plant-based)  
  • 2 pears, grated or finely chopped  
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon  
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste) 

Steps 

  1. Mix chia seeds, milk, cinnamon and honey in a bowl. 
  2. Stir in grated pear. 
  3. Divide into five jars. 
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 
  5. Stir before serving.
