Consistency is the name of the game. Routine is hard but necessary for better brain care. We have packed more high-quality ingredients into get dopa than other supplements, so have provided you with three capsules to be taken once a day. We put our get dopa next to the kettle to remember to take it each and every day.  

We recommend taking all three capsules at once to help absorption. Ideally this would be with a meal – get dopa provides nutrients that help your brain regulate energy levels and will also give you a boost so taking this in the morning or during lunch works best.

get dopa is proudly vegan and has been tested and certified to be allergen-free and gluten-free. We also use no GMO and contain no sugar.

By allergen free we mean the 14 major allergens defined by the Food Standards Agency, these are: celery, cereal containing gluten, crustacean, eggs, fish, lupins, milk, mollusc, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide, and soya. 

We have formulated get dopa with nutrients you’d get from a healthy diet, with the addition of 2 plant-based ingredients (botanicals) and should not interact with most prescription medication. The get dopa formulation does not include Ascorbic Acid, often presented as Vitamin C, which is found in many supplements and interacts and reduces the efficacy of certain medication, like Elvanse.
