Ingredients
- 700g diced chicken thighs or breasts
- 1 egg
- 50ml low sodium soy sauce
- 30g cornflour
- a little honey
Steps
- Coat the chicken in soy sauce, black pepper and egg.
- Add to a container with cornflour and shake to coat evenly.
- Air fry at 190°C for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- In a pan, gently heat soy sauce, honey and a splash of water until thickened.
- Toss the cooked chicken in the glaze until fully coated.
Serve with rice, wraps or salad for five days of structured, protein-rich meals.
