Portion sizes are calculated for one person across five days of the week. 

Ingredients 

  • 700g diced chicken thighs or breasts  
  • 1 egg  
  • 50ml low sodium soy sauce  
  • 30g cornflour  
  • a little honey 

Steps 

  1. Coat the chicken in soy sauce, black pepper and egg. 
  2. Add to a container with cornflour and shake to coat evenly. 
  3. Air fry at 190°C for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through. 
  4. In a pan, gently heat soy sauce, honey and a splash of water until thickened. 
  5. Toss the cooked chicken in the glaze until fully coated. 

Serve with rice, wraps or salad for five days of structured, protein-rich meals.
