Ingredients 

  • 180g rolled oats  
  • 250g peanut butter  
  • 170g honey  
  • 100g dark chocolate  
  • 20g chia seeds 

Steps 

  1. Mix oats, peanut butter, honey and chia seeds. 
  2. Press firmly into a lined tray. 
  3. Melt dark chocolate. 
  4. Spread over the top. 
  5. Chill and cut into squares. 

Store in the fridge and enjoy across the week.
