Returns

Refunds, replacements, and exchanges can only be issued if all of the following apply:

- Products are damaged or defective.

- Products are unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

- Products were purchased directly through getdopa.com.

- Products are returned within 30 days of receipt.

Subscriptions:

- We’ll email you a renewal reminder three days before your next subscription order is processed, so you have time to skip, adjust, or cancel if needed.

- Once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

- If you have unopened, unused products, you may return them within 4 days of receipt for a full refund.

To return an item, email hello@getdopa.com with the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval via email. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
