Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery service. We ship worldwide. All our discrete externally unbranded delivery boxes are designed to fit through standard sized letterboxes. The delivery cost and expected delivery time are included below :

Returns
Refunds, replacements and exchanges can only be issued if:
- The products are damaged or defective
- The products are in the same condition that you received them
- The products are unopened
- The products were purchased directly through getdopa.com
- The products are returned within a 30 day period from receipt
Customers are required to pay all shipping/postage fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely by using a trackable delivery service, e.g. Royal Mail Tracked

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we have your returned item and whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
