Our orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery service. We ship worldwide. All our delivery boxes are discrete and externally unbranded. They are designed to fit through standard-sized letterboxes. The delivery cost and expected delivery time are included below :

Returns

We are happy to issue refunds, replacements, and exchanges where all of the following apply:

- Products were damaged or defective on arrival to you.

- Products are unopened, and in the same condition you received them.

- Products were purchased directly through getdopa.com.

- Products are returned within 30 days of receipt.

Customers are required to pay all shipping/postage fees when returning an order, and are responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely by using a trackable delivery service, e.g. Royal Mail Tracked

Subscriptions:

- We know how annoying it can be when subscriptions are tricky to cancel or vary. So we've made it super easy for you to stay totally in control. We'll email you a renewal reminder three days before your next subscription order is processed, so you have time to skip, adjust, or cancel if you want. We make simple to skip a month or cancel if you prefer. You are in charge.

- Due to the way our system works, once a subscription renewal has been processed, it cannot be cancelled. That's why we give you a reminder in advance!

- And, as an extra protection for you, if you have unopened, unused products, you may return them within 4 days of receipt for a full refund.

To return an item, email hello@getdopa.com with the subject line RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval via email. When approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days.
