Please read these affiliate terms and conditions carefully. they contain important information regarding your legal rights and obligations. by signing up for the affiliate program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
SECTION 1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering as an affiliate with get dopa, you (“Affiliate”) agree to these Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms supplement our Terms and conditions and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Terms will prevail.
get dopa reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued participation in the affiliate program after such changes constitute acceptance. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or the affiliate dashboard.
SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY
To join the affiliate program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Own or operate a social media account, website, blog, or be a registered healthcare or wellness practitioner recommending get dopa to clients.
- Not promote or be associated with any offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and marketing regulations in your region.
get dopa reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its sole discretion.
SECTION 3 - REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY
To participate, you must create an affiliate account through either of the get dopa affiliate portals found here and here.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- Safeguard your login credentials. You are solely responsible for activities under your account.
If using third-party accounts (e.g., social media), you must ensure that granting us access to these accounts does not violate third-party terms.
SECTION 4 - AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Only use approved marketing materials provided by get dopa. - Avoid making unverified health or medical claims about get dopa. Approved claims will be provided by get dopa in marketing guidelines.
- Include required disclaimers, such as: “Results may vary.” “Consult your healthcare provider before if you are taking prescription medication.”
- Avoid spamming, false advertising, or unethical practices.
- Avoid promoting products to vulnerable groups, such as children, individuals with serious health conditions, or those unable to make informed decisions about their health.
- Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws in the UK, including the CAP Code (UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising and Direct & Promotional Marketing) and ASA guidelines.
- Follow all applicable advertising laws, including the FTC guidelines for sponsored endorsements (US) or equivalent local rules.
SECTION 5 - PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Affiliates may not:
Make false or exaggerated claims about get dopa or its effects. Promote get dopa on adult, offensive, illegal, or inappropriate platforms. Use paid search ads that bid on get dopa trademarks or misrepresent the product.
Create websites or domains resembling official get dopa channels. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
SECTION 6 - COMPENSATION
Affiliates will earn a commission based on successful sales generated through their unique affiliate links or codes.
- The specific commission rate and payment threshold will be communicated during registration.
- Payments are made monthly via bank transfer or PayPal. Commissions are paid for sales completed in the previous month, provided they have passed the 30-day return period.
- Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on earnings and must provide accurate payment information.
SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND GUIDELINES
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use get dopa logos, trademarks, and marketing materials solely for program promotion.
- Affiliates must adhere to brand guidelines provided in the affiliate portal.
- Misuse of get dopa intellectual property may result in termination.
SECTION 8 - CONFIDENTIALITY
Affiliates may receive confidential information, such as marketing strategies, campaign details, or performance data. Affiliates agree to:
1. Use this information solely for the purpose of promoting get dopa.
2. Protect it from unauthorized disclosure.
3. Return or destroy confidential information upon termination of participation.
SECTION 9 - MONITORING AND COMPLIANCE
get dopa reserves the right to monitor affiliate activities, including reviewing social media posts and campaign performance. Affiliates must provide accurate reports if requested.
Failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws may result in suspension or termination of participation and forfeiture of commissions.
SECTION 10 - TERMINATION
Either party may terminate participation at any time with written notice.
Upon termination:
- Affiliates must cease using get dopa materials and remove all promotional content.
-Unpaid commissions will be forfeited if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
SECTION 11 - DISCLAMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
get dopa provides the affiliate program “as is” and disclaims all warranties. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold get dopa harmless from any claims arising from their participation, including violations of laws or third-party rights.
SECTION 12 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through arbitration or courts in England or Wales.
SECTION 13 - AFFILIATE CONDUCT AGREEMENT
By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to:
- Represent get dopa in a positive and professional manner.
- Avoid actions that could harm the brand’s reputation or violate these Terms.
Failure to uphold these standards may result in termination.
